    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will be very brief. I would like to point out to the hon. House that in an ideal world, one would have respected what hon. Nyamweya is suggesting. It is my Ministry that is the direct victim of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. If I had taken the approach the hon. Nyamweya is taking, most of the work that this Government, this country and this Parliament has done would never have been done. We do not have the luxury of time to wait for politicians leading political parties to resolve the issues of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. Everybody thought that by merely having the CIC, of Mr. Charles Nyachae, that was not enough. With insight, it was a blessing in disguise because God loves Kenya that the CIOC was established. I beg to suggest that you rule hon. Nyamweya out of order for this approach because we do not have the luxury of time, so that these committees can be set up to help the country move forward."
