    "content": "Lastly, on the issue of bursaries, this cuts across the vulnerability in the society. As much as we know that the constituencies do a lot in terms of bursary distribution – I want to thank Members for this – at the same time, we have individuals in our society who are very vulnerable in accessing medical care and government facilities. As a House, we need to come up with ways on how to have a proper, comprehensive and integrated social protection system in our country."
