    "content": "When older persons are at home, they need all kinds of support. Some of them are more than 100 years old and are supposed to have facilities to help them like wheelchairs. So, as a House, we need to pass a law that will govern these persons and take care of them. There is a lady Member who came to ask me to donate my time to her.
