I was saying that there has not been any registration from 2016 up to now yet there are so many people who have qualified to benefit from this scheme. As much as we want this registration to continue, we also want to ensure that there is a record. Some people are also dying, so dead people need to be struck out of the register. There are people who are using identification cards of the dead to get money from this fund. They should be struck out of the register to protect government money from going to waste and give it to the right people who have qualified by attaining the age of 65 years."
