    "content": "Hon. Members, the Chair has indeed listened to hon. Nyamweya invoking the provisions of Chapter 8 on Legislature, Article 94 and 124. I also want to agree, entirely, with the Chairman of the CIOC that this Chapter is suspended and that these matters that have been raised now were considered, very exhaustively by the Speaker. It is on the basis of that that this Motion was approved. Hon. Nyamweya, you are out of order and this Motion is validly in the House now. Proceed, hon. Chairman!"
