    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I thank Sen. Crystal Asige for bringing this Statement. We know that some people, who are not living with disability have been abusing these tax exemptions. I, however, urge KRA not to punish PwDs because we have rogue people who have no disabilities. When we were in Mombasa with the Standing Committee on National Cohesion, Equal Opportunity and Regional Integration, we had a couple of discussions about the bureaucracies that were there for the PwDs to get their tax exemptions and identity cards. There were many issues that were impacting the Government to give proper services to PwDs. The issue that I could tell in every situation was that we have Kenyans who want to take advantage of this tax exemption or the services that the Government is giving to"
