Mr. Speaker, Sir, the community proximate to the oil wells in my county have nothing. I support this Bill. This is why we are here; to represent our communities so that no one can shortchange them. Our communities should get their Constitutional rights as per Article 43. With those few remarks, I support this Bill. I thank you."
