    "content": "Secondly, my parents were teachers and are now both retired. There is a time when they were transferred to a very far-flung area in the constituency where I come from. They could not access it and yet they were being paid the same salary they were earning when they lived in an accessible area. That is why I agree with the Petitioner and the Members. They have said that we look at the classification of hardship areas holistically, not just based on one area or the other. Let us have a broader policy and very objective criteria on how to classify a hardship area for teaching and any other public service and government officers. Thank you."
