    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. If I understood the question very well, it was about regulating the use of water, which is basically under the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. However, I guess we will work closely with the sister Ministries to ensure that they effectively do their job. In terms of the areas that have been deforested, I think the Ministry wants to implement the Forests Act, so that all the deforested areas, the ones that we know--- I also urge hon. Members to bring to our attention other areas which we may not know about so that we can take action."
