    "content": "If indeed what the Cabinet Secretary spoke about is true, that this thing has moved to terrorism, I urge the Government to upgrade the response from cattle rustling and the force that has been deployed in that region should match the force that is combating terrorism so that we can deal with this menace. It is almost two weeks going to a month since the President spoke about it. People are still crying. The cries are louder. Let them increase the force to deal with issues in that area."
