    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker for giving me this opportunity that I have been waiting for a very long time. When we began this debate, there was a bit of commotion. The Member for Turkana may think I do not support this Motion but mine was just a procedural matter because this is a House of rules and procedures. I, however, want to tell the Member that I strongly support this Motion. That is why I have been sitting here from the beginning. Having said that, I thank the Member for bringing this matter to us.
