    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I am a Member of this Committee. In dealing with each Petition, we realised that we needed to understand the complex realities surrounding it. This required engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, which needed more time. That made it quite challenging for us to complete the assignment as planned. Secondly, we realised that dealing with Petitions was not a linear progression but rather a back-and-forth exercise. It saw us having to sometimes go back and meet several stakeholders several times, not mentioning the fact that some of them were not available at the required time.
