"content": "My contribution to this constitutional amendment will not be a big one. I just want to highlight the fact that the three funds we are talking about, that is, the NG-CDF, NGAAF and the Senate Oversight Fund are very relevant funds that we need to entrench in the Constitution. Every Member of Parliament needs some funds to control and use in various projects that they have implemented in their constituencies."
