    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Let me join my colleagues in wishing our ladies and women a happy International Women’s Day. We are wishing them well, we support them and we are with them in all their endeavours. On the issue of Two-Thirds Gender Rule, it is a no brainer. Our Constitution has already ordained that we should have the two-thirds gender rule, and we have not done it up to today. It is an indictment to this Parliament. The Supreme Court in the last session said that this House is unconstitutional. They even wrote to the President asking him to dissolve it. It is high time as a National Assembly and Parliament that we pass the two-thirds gender rule and allow, at least, each gender to be represented either in one or two thirds gender. So, I urge my colleagues both in the Senate and National Assembly to pass this proposal. I do not think the Senate has that problem, but as a constitutional amendment, let us pass it. As far as the Leader of Opposition is concerned, I think it is up for debate."
