    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Members, for your contribution on that issue. Allow me to say this so that we do not prejudice a Member. The Member for Mwea, Hon. Mary Maingi, had actually sent a letter deferring her Question except that the letter came in late and, therefore, the Question was not removed from the Order Paper. I agree with all the sentiments. We are also saying that the Table Office always endeavours to inform Members whose Questions are scheduled to appear on the Order Paper. Their biggest challenge, I have been informed, is that sometimes the contacts that Members leave with the Table Office are not reliable. So, you need to have a reliable contact because they we will always try to inform you. What is your point of order, Hon. Pukose?"
