    "content": "I support it because of job creation. Kenya is one country that is growing very fast, but the challenge that we have with our youth is that majority of them are graduates but are not employed. They sit in their homes without doing anything and which, at the end of the day, frustrates them and they get into depression. Many of them have gone into drug addiction because of lack of employment. Promotion or enhancement of this will mean that many jobs will be created, and that will benefit our young people."
