    "content": "The land on which the EPZ centres are set up should be looked into. Land is also a factor that affects the cost of production upwards. Once it is done, I know that the enhancement will go up. There are many big international brands that prefer Kenyan materials. An example is Calvin Klein. They love our products. The quality can always be improved and this can only be done if the cost of production goes down. The manufacturers will try to ensure that the cost of production is improved."
