    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity. I join my colleagues to first congratulate Dr. Susan Koech for her appointment as the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya. I am grateful to our President because he has appointed several women in different positions. I am proud of every woman climbing the ladder because for many years, women were left behind. However, recently many women are climbing the ladder. Mr. Speaker, Sir, when Dr. Susan Koech enters that office, she should make women proud by working hard and delivering on the mandate and the honour she has been given by the President."
