    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. I congratulate Dr. Susan Koech on her appointment as Deputy Governor of CBK. If she goes through the whole process of appointment, that shows she is qualified for the job. We also thank our President. We have confidence in his decision to nominate Dr. Susan Koech to that position and we are sure that there must be also other women in the pipeline coming. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you also for recognizing women in the House, giving them opportunities and also recognizing International Women’s Day. I thank you."
