(3) Apprise the Senate of the adjudication status of the land, stating whether orders were given to subdivide Kishamba B land, specifying the dates the orders were given, compliance by the management committee to meet the deadline and actions against the committee in the event of non-compliance. (4) Finally, provide a statement of account for Kishamba B for the last five years, detailing the compensation received by the management committee on behalf of Kishamba B from the Kenya Railway Corporation, the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO) and other Government agencies for land alienated for Government use.
