    "content": "Regarding food security, it is vitally important that we become self-sustaining in terms of food. It is important that we stop crying. We should not see our people die because of lack of food. This is a basic right. We just need to get it right and we will be away from famines, drought, and food insecurity. Let us amend the relevant Act and make food security a central issue to be addressed. We must ensure that the country has enough food for everyone both in quality and quantity."
