    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, Dr Moses Wetang’ula. I thank the Director of Kituo cha Sheria for this Petition. Kituo cha Sheria has done extensive work on forced disappearances. There was a period of time in East Africa where we only associated the disappearance of people to the Ugandan regime when Idi Amin Dada was the President. Many bodies were found in Lake Victoria and in the River Nile. In the past regime, this country witnessed the same things that used to happen in Uganda during the regime of Idi Amin Dada.
