The statement is supposed to be directed to me, as the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Blue Economy and Irrigation. It is framed as if it is addressed to the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Environment, Forestry and Mining. I seek your guidance on that Statement request because it is something which we had discussed in our committee. I do not know if it has been transferred to the Departmental Committee on Environment, Forestry and Mining."
