    "content": "This memorandum from the President is good. It can open a round table discussion. We might not end up looking at anchoring the Office of the Leader of Official Opposition into the Constitution. Opening up could be a forum to ease the tension that could be there. Once we discuss the Office of the Leader of Official Opposition, we could also discuss what is going on in the country today. Where are we as a country? When can we see our leaders talking to each other? When can we see the party leaders talking to each other? Is this not the opportunity that men who sit and talk at each other are better than men who sit and talk against each other? It is a good opportunity to open up a discussion that can see all of us in the country sitting on a round table and discussing."
