    "content": "At times, we have disparities and you wonder why certain Cabinet Secretaries are not working the way you would expect them to work, but this is because at times they have not interacted with the people properly. I keep saying that we represent the lowest of our people in society. We talk to them and listen to their issues. These issues cannot be addressed separately in a committee room somewhere. We need them to come and sit here when the House is full, listen to us and address the issues. I, therefore, support that we amend the Standing Orders and allow Cabinet Secretaries to sit in the House and answer Questions when we are all here listening. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker."
