    "content": "who can interpret the law and compare statutory legislations in this country so that we keep our system of governance and deliver services to the people who entrusted us with the opportunity to be here. Lastly, on the issue of creating the Office of the Leader of Official Opposition that is also a matter that needs wide consultations, so that we do not do something that will taint our names in future. The existence of an office of official opposition does not need to be put in black and white. If you are an opposition leader, you do not need to have a green card from anyone for you to do your job. You can as well just execute your responsibilities as an official opposition leader. I thank the Leader of the Majority Party for giving this House an opportunity to consider the suggestions that have been brought to the House, through the Speaker, in order for us to make general comments on the same.
