    "content": "and girl children. The fund has brought a lot of women together in environmental conservation programmes. The NG-CDF is known for education, security and bursaries. We need to support these programmes because they are the only visible projects in our areas of representation. We need more money in NG-CDF and NGAAF. The time has come for us to increase the amount from the current allocation of 2.5 per cent of national revenue for NGCDF to at least 15 per cent. The amendments should include restructuring of the NG-CDF Act so that we are allowed to perform duties other than education and security."
