I want to assure the Member that that paragraph means, for example, some years back in the last Parliament we had His Excellency Jakaya Kikwete in the country. We had to get a place for him to address the Assembly. That is what is meant. If these kind of visitors were here, they would be allowed in the Chamber under that sub-section but not any other public officer that is not Cabinet Secretary. Thank you."
