    "content": "It is good when we send delegations to some of these very important bodies. We should send delegations that are able to articulate the issues that concern the people of Kenya and indeed people of the African states. I noted at the beginning of this Motion that at a time like this, when we discuss important matters pertaining to poverty eradication and sustainable development, the House should not be empty like it is now. Notably, it is only this side of the House that has Members seated here. The other side has only a few Members whom we have donated to them. On the other side, it is only Hon. Harrison Kombe that I see. As regards Hon. Agnes Pareyio, we know as much as she knows that she is a very focused legislator. She sits in this House throughout a session and articulates issues touching on the girl-child. We have seen her work even before she became a Member of Parliament."
