Senators, in the Public Gallery, we have 98 students accompanied by six teachers from St. Mary’s Kagio Boys High School, in Kirinyaga County, who are in the Senate on an educational tour. Hon. Senators, in our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them and on my own behalf and the Senate, wish them a fruitful visit. I will allow Sen. (Dr.) Murango to give a short word of welcome and then we shall resume our contributions on the Petition."
