    "content": " Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No.238 (1), the Petition should be committed to the relevant Standing Committee for its consideration. In this case, I direct that the Petition be committed to the Standing Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights, with latitude to have other Committees co- opted to this hearing, so that we can have a comprehensive consideration of this Petition. In term of Standing Order No. 238 (2), the Committees require, in not more than 60 calendar days from the time of reading this prayer, to respond to the petitioner by way of report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate.
