    "content": "We have around nine people in this country who have taken everything from the banks to insurance companies, to power control, to coffee control, milk control and tea control. I promise this House that Sen. Wamatinga, the Chair of the Committee on Energy will take them head on. I know with the support of Sen. Olekina, who is also as fearless as I am, we will dismantle these cartels and ensure that the cost of power gets where it is supposed to be affordable. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we are also aware that without lowering the cost of power, we will never industrialise this country. That is why we must do what it takes to ensure that the cost of power is not only affordable but also reliable."
