    "content": "the County Assembly as recommended by the CRA vide its recommendations on the County Governments’ Recurrent Expenditure Budget Ceilings for County Assemblies and County Executives for Financial Year 2023/2024 that were tabled before the Senate on 15th February, 2023. Approval of the same is within the purview of the mandate of this House. I urge colleagues in the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget, through the Chairperson, to give due attention to this request when they will be considering the County Allocation of Revenue Bill.
