    "content": " Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the Public Gallery this afternoon of a visiting delegation from various county assemblies. The delegation comprises of 15 members of staff from the County Assemblies of Busia, Siaya, Kisii, Kericho and Kakamega. The delegation is undertaking a capacity building program at the Center of Parliamentary Studies (CPST). Hon.
