Pursuant to Standing Order No.238 (1), the Petition is supposed to be committed. I hereby commit this Petition to the Committee on Roads, Transportation and Housing for its consideration with the option that the Committee can co-opt the Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources. In terms of Standing Order No.238(2), the Committee is required, in not more than sixty calendar days from the time of reading the prayer, to respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of the Senate."
