They are the ones who will tell us whether Tsavo River is indeed the boundary or there are other boundaries. You did well by seeking this Statement from the Standing Committee. I believe when the time comes, you will call witnesses from both sides. I also believe the Committee will engage the IEBC, the constitutionally mandated institution to handle matters of boundaries, so that we can have a comprehensive report on this matter. Sen.
