    "content": "Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the public gallery this afternoon of a visiting delegation from Koru Girls High School in Kisumu County. The delegation comprises of seven teachers and 161 students who are in the Senate for a one day study visit. Hon. Senators, in our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them. On behalf of the Senate and on my own behalf, I wish them a fruitful visit. I will allow the Senator for Kisumu the Sen. (Prof.) Tom Ojienda, SC, to make brief welcoming remarks. Thereafter we resume debate on this matter."
