(Dr.) Khalwale has brought under Section 123; I beg of you with all humility, that at that moment Sen. Sifuna should have been invited to apologise and withdraw. That did not happen. I am looking at the emotions and I agree that this thing has been generated. We also know you are a human being who has powers of Standing Order No.1. We do not want to take the House to the extreme end. In as much as Sen. Olekina is pleading with you to let bygones be bygones, then there should be some level of remorse. As you take a decision on whether to dispense off with Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale’s Motion as per Section 123---"
