    "content": "We are aware that we are living at a time when we must engage ourselves with the climate for the sustainability of our future generations. Three of them convinced us beyond reasonable doubt that they had their takes. Therefore, in a joint sitting with our counterparts in the National Assembly, saw it fit to have the three of them. However, the fourth one failed short of in showing that she had what it takes in terms of total commitment to climate change. As we know, this is an area where the President has pronounced himself in putting Kenya in the global in saving this country of ours. I, therefore, second the Motion."
