    "content": "I also flag out the issue of undisbursed loans of Ksh1.179 trillion. The Government is paying punitive fees. Last year, we paid over Ksh600 billion for loans that have not been disbursed. The Report brings forth things that have never be discussed by Parliament before. Having gone through it, I find this Committee marvellous."
