    "content": "On the issue of where do we get debts from? Soon, we will be debating the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP) - European Union (EU) partnership, Cotonou Agreement. We must stop taking debts from these countries which currently condition their debts to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ). The EU has gone into it and the USA is into it too. I hope the visiting President from Italy is not here to propagate those homosexual issues. We are a self-sufficient country and we need to restore our dignity by managing our resources very well. When you move across the world, the moment you just cross the Sahara Desert and approach other countries, you will wonder at how much God has given us. We do not need these debts."
