I would like to congratulate them because by looking at the recommendations, they have really tried to capture every avenue on how the country finds itself very broke yet money is somewhere. As the subject matter is borrowing, I think borrowing is inevitable in the current times. If at individual level we borrow, then as the Government the main issue is to control or manage the borrowed money.
