"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I want to say something which is close to my heart. The Bible says that a borrower is a slave to the lender. That is where we are as Kenyans. A country that cannot feed her people and citizens is a slave. Fiduciary responsibility lies with this House. I appeal to my colleagues to stop fronting for the Executive. We are the ones who left it to chance, which resulted in all these problems.
