On behalf of the Chair of the Select Committee of the National Government-Constituencies Development Fund, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the National Government Constituency Development Fund on three (3) Constituency Committees laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 15th March 2023, pursuant to the provisions of Section 43(4) of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund Act, 2015 and paragraphs 5(2) and (10) of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund Regulations, 2016, approves the list of nominees for appointment to the following three (3) Constituency Committees of the National Government Constituency Development Fund.
