    "content": "I do not want to take so long today. I will just highlight a few things. First, we foresee an economy that will grow at around 6 per cent in 2023. That is a good thing, especially given the fact that the global economy will be growing at a paltry 2 per cent. Another fundamental thing that I want to bring to the attention of the House is that as we consider the ceilings, we are also considering linkages among various sectors within the economy. That is why we are considering agriculture; micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs); housing, healthcare and digital highways. I see the red light is flashing. On the implementation of the BPS, we looked at the priorities, the sequencing and also the funding priorities, some of which will be borrowing, raising funds internally and through public-private partnerships (PPPs).
