    "content": "In the Message, His Excellency the President conveys that in exercise of powers conferred on Him by Article 250 (2) (b) of the Constitution and Section 10 (2) of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2011 as read together with Sections 3 and 5 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act No. 33 of 2011, he has nominated Dr David Adang’ Oginde for appointment as the Chairperson of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. The President now seeks the approval of the appointment by this House."
