Speaker, you will see very good recommendations in this House, some of which have been mentioned, especially with regard to monies being appropriated to schools, police posts, police stations and administrative offices in our constituencies – money that is going to the sub-county level as conditional grants under the NG-CDF. This is indeed very encouraging and commendable. We will be overseeing the actual implementation of those projects. It has been noted, and those in government agree, that implementation of projects by NG-CDF committees is more efficient and the value realised for money is better when we implement projects through NG-CDF."
