Sometimes I feel for the Members of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. They sit for so many hours continuously, listening to over 20 Chairpersons of Departmental Committees who have been given various timelines to consider their requests. I thank the Chairman. Last term, we started with Hon. Ichung’wah as the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. Hon. Ndindi Nyoro is equal to the task. His team is doing a very good job."
