    "content": "The first thing that the Chairman correctly commented on was the timelines. I sit in the Departmental Committee on Environment, Forestry and Mining. We have never had a chance to visit the projects that have been mentioned in the budget of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and the Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs. So, even as we review the BPS, as a Committee, we have no rough idea of what the Ministries we are supposed to be overseeing are talking about.
