As somebody has just said, this is what other Committees should be doing; to come to the Floor of the House to support a Report that they have appended their signatures to. I thank my Committee. Out of 15 members, 11 of us have spoken. That is the mood that we should always create so that it is not seen as if it is a Chairman’s report. It is a Report that is actually supported by….
